Free Shipping

If you have availed of free shipping on your order, please allow up to five working days for delivery of your parcel. Unless specified at the checkout, Free Shipping will be a standard, tracked service, but if you need your order sooner, you can upgrade your delivery method at the checkout for faster shipping.

Collection

Picking up your order from Drives & Controls in Dublin, Ireland, couldn't be easier! Simply select "Collection" as the delivery method at the checkout. We'll email you as soon as your order is ready (collection normally takes 1-2 working days). Once you receive our email, pop in to our distribution centre in Unit F4 Riverview Business Park, Dublin, Ireland, (Mon to Fri, between 14:00 - 17:00) and we'll have your order ready and waiting.

Collection is not currently available on weekends or public holidays.

Additional Information

We may dispatch your order from multiple warehouses and sometimes it may arrive in more than one package. We'll always keep you informed if we encounter any delays in dispatching your order. Drives & Controls will send you an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. If your order is being shipped via a tracked shipping service, we'll include your tracking number in our dispatch email to you. Deliveries are unable to be made on Saturday, Sundays or public holidays. All delivery estimations are approximate and can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will be happy to help you resolve any unexpected carrier delays.

Returns

We like to keep things simple so that every purchase you make with www.drivesandcontrols.ie is completely risk free. If you're not satisfied with an item that you have purchased and the item(s) must be unused, in its original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact, you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund/credit. All you need to do is contact us before you return your goods and we will guide you through the process to make everything as quick and easy as possible.

Making A Return

Please contact Drives & Controls by emailing niall@drivesandcontrols.ie or by calling +353(1) 4604474 and we’ll issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number. From here, we’ll guide you through the returns process to make it as fast and as easy as possible.

To ensure a full refund, the item to be returned the item(s) must be unused, in its original condition and packaging (unopened) with all materials, manuals and accessories intact. - STANDARD RESTOCKING CHARGE IS 20%

PLEASE NOTE: SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOMISED ORDERS OR NON-STOCK ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED

Sending A Return

To return your order within 14 days of purchase, the item(s) must be unused, in its original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact. Pack up your item(s) protectively and write your Returns Number clearly on the outside of the package.
